Vertical floor autoclave with a useful capacity of the sterilization chamber of 90 liters.
The sterilization chamber and the lid are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, internally mechanically mirror polished.
The sterilization cycle is microprocessor controlled and fully programmable: the sterilization temperature and time can be defined by the user between 101 ° C and 138 ° C and from 1 to 99 minutes respectively.
The control system allows to memorize up to 100 different sterilization cycles.
The autoclave has a built-in printer-plotter in order to easily check and validate the cycle performed.
A built-in vacuum pump and a bacterial filter allow the autoclave to safely and quickly eliminate possible air bubbles in the chamber and avoid bacterial contamination of the environment.
The vent vapors, after being sterilized, are condensed and conveyed into a special container.
The built-in steam generator is used to heat the sterilization chamber, thus reducing the time required to reach the required temperature, and cleaning operations are facilitated.

Safety devices
|
- Active safety: The lid is safe as long as the chamber is under pressure, even in the event of a black-out during the execution of the cycle. The lid attachment system can only be deactivated when the chamber temperature is below 90 ° C
- Hydraulic safety valve (opening and closing of the drain) in case of overpressure
- Maximum pressure switch
- Lid closing switch
- Hydraulic safety valve in case of overpressure of the steam generator
|
Control systems
|
- Working temperature and sterilization time
- Manometer to indicate the pressure with a range from 0 to 4 bar
- Acoustic and visual alarm in case of malfunction
- Check for the presence of sufficient water
- Overpressure
