Precision cover glasses Th No. 1.5H for higt performance microscope


The objectives of the high-performance microscopes are designed to be used with coverslips with a thickness of 170 μm.

The quality of the coverslip, in particular compliance with the nominal thickness, therefore has a crucial impact on image quality: variations in thickness reduce contrast and cause image defects, particularly in spherical aberration.

These high precision coverslips No. 1.5H have an exceptionally accurate thickness of 170 μm ± 5 μm.

This new generation of coverslips is highly recommended for objectives with high numerical aperture and high resolution, for example:

dry targets: NA> 0.7

objectives for immersion in water: NA> 1.0

Goals for glycerol diving: NA> 1.2

objectives for immersion in oil: NA> 1.3

 

Made of chemically resistant D 263® M hydrolytic class I borosilicate glass

absolutely colorless, perfectly clear, suitable for fluorescence microscopy

in accordance with DIN ISO 8255

thickness N ° 1.5 H (0.170 mm ± 0.005 mm)

for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications according to directive 98/79 / EC IVD, with CE mark and batch number for complete information and traceability
