Benchtop pH-ORP meter mod. EDGE HI 2002-02

The EDGE ™ HI 2002-02 Benchtop pH Meter is thin and light, measuring only 1cm thick and weighing less than 250 grams.

It is equipped with an extremely wide viewing angle, a 5.5 "LCD and a capacitive keyboard.

It measures pH and ORP, using innovative digital electrodes, which are automatically recognized by the instrument. Electrodes connect to edge ™ through a convenient 3.5mm mini-jack connector and provide information on sensor type, calibration data and sensor serial number.

Thanks to the versatile design, it is both practical to hold in the hand, on a laboratory bench or mounted on the wall.
With its advanced features, it simplifies measurement, configuration, calibration, diagnostics, logging and data transfer to a computer or USB drive.

EDGE ™ features HANNA's unique Calibration Check ™ system, which alerts you when the pH electrode needs to be cleaned or if the buffers used during calibration are contaminated.
The display also shows indicators for response times and probe condition, based on the electrode offset and slope values. In addition, the Sensor Check ™ function, for electrodes equipped with matching pins, alerts you if the pH bulb is broken or if the electrode junction is clogged.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Digital electrodes
- EDGE ™ uses special digital electrodes, equipped with a 3.5 mm mini-jack connector and a built-in temperature sensor. All sensors are automatically recognized by the instrument as soon as they are connected and send information on the calibration and serial number of the electrode to edge ™.

Sensor CheckTM
- One of the keys to having accurate measurements is to use electrodes that are reliable and able to always work in optimal conditions. The Sensor Check ™ system continuously monitors the pH electrode, providing real-time information on the state of the junction and glass bulb, informing the user in case of problems such as bulb breaks or dirty or clogged junctions.

Calibration CheckTM
- The Calibration Check ™ system alerts the user of potential problems during pH electrode calibration by displaying indicators and messages: "Electrode Dirty / Broken", "Buffer Contaminated", time response of the electrode and general condition of the probe (expressed as a percentage, based on the offset and slope values).

Integrated temperature sensor
- all edge ™ electrodes have an integrated temperature sensor for temperature compensation.

Multiple calibration points
- EDGE ™ allows multi-point calibration to increase measurement accuracy.
The pH electrode can be calibrated up to 5 points.

Data storage
- Sample storage of up to 1000 data. All readings include date, time and GLP information which can be transferred directly to USB memory or to PC (Windows or Mac). edge ™ is recognized by the PC as an external hard disk and it is possible to collect the data in .csv format, compatible with all the main electronic calculation software.

GLP functions
- EDGE ™ is equipped with GLP functions, which allow the user to view information on the calibration date, probe identification number, calibration due date for the sensor being used. GLP data for the pH electrode also includes date, time, buffer used for calibration and offset and slope characteristics.

- buffer solutions at pH 4.01 (2 sachets), pH 7.01 (2 sachets) and pH 10.01 (2 sachets),
