Metallic carpentry made of sturdy steel sheet, front in die-cast aluminum all finely painted.
The thermal insulation is obtained in ceramic fiber in order to obtain a fast heating and a limited energy consumption.
Heating muffle on four sides complete with resistors to guarantee maximum temperature uniformity.
Special alloy resistors from KANTHAL A1 shielded with very low surface load and oversized to ensure a long life.
Swing door with pressure wedge and device for stopping the electric power supply when it is opened, which allows the operator, during the loading and unloading of the muffle, to act with maximum safety. Accident prevention protection is applied to the outside of the door.
Thermocouple protected with ceramic sheath.
Rear flue gas discharge with natural draft.
Command and control unit placed in the lower part of the oven in a protected position. The control unit is equipped with a Gefran microprocessor regulator with double display with overtemperature device, main switch and indicator light.
The ME 320 and ME 520 models are also available with the application of an INCOLOID-DS steel autoclave for treatment in a controlled atmosphere. Ovens for eliminating plastic on dies (with insertion of hermetic autoclave and with discharge chimney having a diameter of 35 mm).
Daily timer, weekly timer, Gefran cyclical programmer with double display, table with or without wheels.
Thermal steel sole.
