The laboratory autoclave mod. 760, bench top, is a steam sterilizer which generates an operating pressure of 1 bar corresponding to a sterilization temperature of 121°C.

It is equipped with:

- 17.5 liter sterilization chamber in stainless steel compliant with the requirements of directive 2014/68/EU (PED). - - Building chamber sterilization in stainless steel X5CrNi 18-10 Aisi 304, internal surface electropolished.
- Fireproof and flame retardant room insulation material.
- Lid in stainless steel with mechanical locking on the sterilization chamber with 4 handwheels.
- Lid opening on rotation pin with translational movement.
- Manual water filling.
- Approximately 3 liters of deionized water are sufficient for sterilization.
- Rear water outlet with tap and hose connection.
- Armored electric resistance and immersion with protection support
- Operating pressure: 1 bar
- Design pressure: 2.5 bar
- Hydraulic test pressure: 5 bar
- PED certified safety valve calibrated at: 2 bar
- Sterilization/use temperature: 121 (± 1 °C).
- Pressure gauge for checking the operating pressure: measuring range 0-4 bar.
- Resolution ± 0.2 bar. Safety sensor with manual reset in case of water shortage.
- Digital thermometer: measurement range from ambient T °C to +150°C.
- Accuracy ± 1°C, Resolution ± 1°C. PT 100 temperature detection probe.
- Timer 0-120min. who commands the resistance.
- Main switch and indicator lights for signaling power supply on, lack of water and electric resistance on.
- 1/8” connection (with cap) for inserting a second temperature probe for carrying out calibrations, certificates and checks.
- External case in steel with anti-acid powder coating.
- Mushroom-shaped feet in non-slip rubber.
- Exempt from ISPESL control because it is within capacity limits and foreseen pressures.

This appliance complies with the following Directives EN 61010-1:2010, EN 61326-1:2006, 2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU, 2011/65/CE.

Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) relating to pressure equipment for Category I, annex II, module A, internal boiler volume 17.5 liters (manufacturer's self-certification).
