TECHNICAL FEATURES

Made entirely of 1-1.5 mm thick cold-bent electrogalvanized steel sheet - RAL 7035 Grey:

• Exterior finish in acid-resistant epoxy resin and passage through a 200°C thermal tunnel
• Cabinet insulation with high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulfate panels
• Interior finish with melamine panels highly resistant to chemical and aggressive vapors
• Structure that allows for the replacement of spare parts, if necessary
• Automatic door closure when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C
• 30 mm heat-expanding insulating gaskets ensure the cabinet is perfectly sealed in the event of temperature increases.
• Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70°C according to DIN 4102-6.
• Ventilation provision through a 100 mm diameter flange for an external connection or a filtered ventilation system (see the ventilation chapter).
• Locking system that allows the door to be kept open in any position.
• Spark-proof hinges ensure the doors are perfectly solid.
• Cabinet is earthed.
• Adjustable leveling feet.
• 12 mm diameter gas pipe openings located in the center and top of the cabinet
• Lockable door
• Galvanized steel front ramp for easy loading and handling
• 1 galvanized steel shelf for small gas cylinders
• Electrogalvanized steel gas cylinder holders supplied with a securing chain
• ISO 3864: Pictogram signage
• Certified for 60-minute fire resistance, according to the EN14470-2 BV (Bureau Veritas) standard
