Self-sealing pouches for sterilization 300 x 450 mm


The self-sealing bags for sterilization are indicated for the packaging of objects that will have to undergo a steam autoclave or ethylene oxide sterilization process.

The double-sided adhesive strip allows easy closure without using heat sealers.

They are made of 60 gr medical grade paper. coupled with a PET 12 / PP 40 laminated medical film.

The materials, all certified, offer a constant seal during sterilization and excellent peelability during opening, without releasing paper fibers or tearing the plastic material.

They are equipped with reinforced side seals and colored process indicators, to distinguish sterilized from unprocessed products at a glance.

Compliant with the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the European Directive 93/42 / EEC and subsequent amendments (eg European Directive 2007/47 / EC concerning medical devices), as prescribed by Annex VII of the same Decree.
Compliant with regulations:
UNI EN 868-5: 2009, UNI EN ISO 11607-1-2: 2017 and ISO 11140-1: 2015.
