The chambers for biological liquids in plastic, generally available on the market, have a raised counting grid on the reading surface.
By introducing the liquid to be examined with a dropper through the open side of the chambers, the counting systems in relief are hit, causing localized turbulence especially near the grids.
The particles present in the lower layers of the liquid under examination are misled or excluded from the counting system, consisting of lines that rise for about 10% of the total height of the chamber.
Vetriplast® chambers improve particle counting as the grid marking is achieved with a “patented system” of lines without thickness.
The liquid to be examined introduced into the Vetriplast® chambers encounters no obstacles in the regular filling of the well and the grid and the distribution of the illustrated elements on the reading surface is homogeneous.
