Syringe Filters are complete ready-to-use filter units with nylon (PA) membrane

They are ideal in the laboratory for daily routine analysis, for filtering aggressive aqueous solutions.

Nylon membrane syringe filters are among the most widely used.

- wide compatibility with aqueous and organic solutions, hydrophilic membrane;

- extremely low volume in extractable;

- excellent range with most sample matrices;

- not compatible with strong acids or bases

Applications:

general laboratory filtration;

filtration for most samples;

filtration of samples by HPLC.

NOTE: Nylon binds proteins, so it should not be used when high protein recovery is desired.

Nylon membranes are particularly suitable for general laboratory filtration.

This includes filtration for most HPLC samples.

It is also used for the clarification and sterilization of alkaline solutions.

This membrane has a high mechanical stability.

PP casing.

Available in different diameters and porosities.
