Filter paper that allows extremely fast filtration with excellent retention of coarse particles and gelatinous precipitates such as iron hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.

In the analytical process it is very useful as a quick filter for the routine purification of biological solutions or organic extracts.

It is used in monitoring air pollutants for which high filtration rates are required and the collection of fine particles is not a critical factor.
