Micropipipetta SOCOREX mod. ACURA 810


The ACURA 810 air displacement pipette with two pre-calibrated volumes allows for sequential pipetting of 1 and 0.1 ml of the same liquid.

The metal nozzle allows you to adapt long straw tips for aspiration from narrow or deep reservoirs (e.g. Stomacher® bags).

This solution represents the ideal alternative to graduated glass pipettes for performing 1:10 dilutions in sequence in the bacteriological field.

Two pre-calibrated volumes

No volume setting is required for pipetting from 1 mL and 0.1 mL.
Both volumes are pre-calibrated at different stop positions along the same plunger.
To increase flexibility in dilution operations, either or both volumes can be used.

Straw tips

For Acura ® manual 810 dilution pipettes.
Long tips (190 x 4 mm) allow collection of liquids with particles in Stomacher ® bags without causing blockages.
Qualitips ® straw tips can be used directly in microbiological tests.
Supplied sterile in resealable bags of 25 tips
(Cat. No. 313.1100).

Filters for pipette nozzles

Increased protection against liquid filling or pipette contamination. Filters are interchangeable, non-sterile, non-autoclavable.

Sterilization

There is almost no maintenance required. Deep cleaning and sterilization are achieved by autoclaving the fully assembled instrument (121 ° C, 20 minutes).

AQ Certificate

Each micropipette bears its own serial number and undergoes a rigorous functional check, attested by an individual QA certificate.

Pipetting operation

1. Push the plunger fully in, then slowly release it to draw 1.1ml

2. Push the plunger to the first stop to dispense 1 mL into the Petri dish

3. Push the plunger to the second stop to dispense the remaining 0.1 mL into the next Petri dish
