Neodisher Laboclean LA

Highly alkaline intensive detergent, powder - 3kg

With a highly emulsifying, dispersing and defoaming action. Especially suitable for the removal of fat, oil, resins and paraffin.

Fields of application:

• Automatic machine cleaning of glassware and laboratory utensils in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and mining industries, as well as in other laboratories.

Performance range:

• Neodisher Laboclaen LA has an alkaline formulation and contains high percentages of emulsifiers and dispersants.
• Removes oils, greases, paraffin resins and organic dyes.
• At temperatures above 30° C it shows an anti-foam action.
• Does not attack stainless steel or precious metals, but is not suitable for aluminium
• Anodizes aluminum and light metal alloys
• Borosilicate glass is resistant to Neodisher Labolean LA, while soda-lime glass may become cloudy over time.
• Can be used with any degree of water hardness.

Application and dosage:

2-5 g/l using suitable dosing devices or added manually

Density	1.075-1.125 g/l
pH-range	12 - 12.8 (2 - 5 ml/l, determined in deionised water, 20 °C)
Titration factor	0.17 (in accordance with the neodisher titration method)

Components: Components for detergents pursuant to EC Regulation no. 648/2004 on detergents:
15 - 30% phosphates
