TS 760 DG Thermostatic incubator with natural air convection

The thermostatic laboratory incubators of our production can be used for multiple applications such as, for example, for incubations for microbiological use,tests on materials in the expected "range" or for any other work that requires uniform and precise heating in temperature.

 

Construction features

  • Construction entirely in stainless steel: internal chamber in AISI 430, external structure in AISI 304 satin "Scotch-Brite" for maximum resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning.
  • Internal chamber with laminar air circulation and uniform heat diffusion ensured by two lateral convective compartments with perforated walls and by the positioning of the resistances in the heating pre-chamber.
  • Insulation of adequate thickness completely in high quality mineral fiber.
  • Double front door (with single or double door depending on the model), external in stainless steel with insulation, internal in tempered glass, to allow visual inspections without thermal alterations.
  • Perforated support shelves in AISI 430 stainless steel sheet, removable and positionable at different heights.
  • Pass-through hole on the back for air / fume exhaust and for any control thermometric probes (on request)
  • Height-adjustable non-slip rubber feet.

Standard  heat regulation equipment

  • PID digital thermoregulator with autotuning with PT100 probe
  • Temperature range from + 5 ° C above the ambient temperature to + 80 ° C
  • Resolution displayed in three digits (0.1 ° C), double display (set point, detected temperature)
  • Double overtemperature protection system as standard:
a) Adjustable independent safety thermostat (class 3.1 - DIN 12880), is activated in case of failure of the main thermoregulator or of the probe, with visual alarm
b) Safety device with variable intervention threshold according to the set point (at 1.5 ° C fixed above the set point), in case of failure of the main thermoregulator, with visual alarm
  • Temperature uniformity in the cell: ± 0.5 ° C at 37 ° C
  • Thermostating accuracy (time): ± 0.2 ° C at 37 ° C
  • Compliant with EUROPEAN COUNCIL DIRECTIVES 2006/42 / EC (Machinery Directive), 2014/35 / EU (Low Voltage Directive), 2014/30 / EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive) and EN 6101-1: (2001) standards.
  • Factory temperature calibration certificate (standard with 1 value, in 3 points of the cell)
