HI 5521 is part of the new family of bench instruments which, thanks to the numerous advanced functions and features, are able to satisfy all the needs of laboratories and research departments.

The main features include the large color graphic display (240 x 320 pixels) equipped with on-screen help, simultaneous display of graphics, language selection and user-customizable configuration.

The 5-point pH calibration allows you to choose between pre-set or user-memorable buffers and, thanks to the exclusive CAL CHECK ™ system, the status of the electrode is always kept under control.

For conductivity analysis, HI 5521 allows measurements to be made in 6 different scales: pH, ORP, EC, resistivity, TDS and salinity. For EC analysis you can count on an extended scale from 0.001 µS / cm to 1 S / cm, with automatic recognition of the type of probe used. Salinity measurements can be displayed as practical salinity, natural seawater or as a percentage scale.

Another key feature of this tool is the ability to perform the three stages of analysis required by the United States Pharmacopoeia for ultrapure water (USP) quality.

HI 5521 is equipped with USB and RS232 ports for PC connection and offers storage and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) functions.
