Description

SPORE VIAL

kit including 20 pcs of spores.
for biological control.
suitable for any type of autoclave.

USE

The vials must be inserted into the sterilization chamber, even with the presence of a load.

Run the cycle, at the end carefully remove the vial as it is hot and under pressure.

Leave to cool for about 10 minutes then activate it, pressing it with your fingers, always keeping it vertical.

The chemical indicator placed on the vial label will turn from blue to black.

Subsequently, place the vial in a biological incubator at 57°C for 24 hours, together with an unprocessed but still activated test vial.

It is advisable to check every 12 hours for the presence of bacterial growth.
